Hi everyone just wanted to share the news, Scooby took his level 1 gun dog exam today and passed with merit (very proud owners) he scored 40 out of 40 for his walking to heel and sit stay, 18 out of 20 for his quartering and 31 for his retrievals (his delivery let him down on this ) so got 89 out of 100 he would have passed with distinction if he'd scored 90 but just really pleased that he passed.

Level 2 here we come, a big thanks to Gunnar for the tips and advice that you gave when Scooby lost interest with the dummy.

He's not got his certificate and rosette yet but it will have pride of place on his crate when it arrives.
