I haven’t seen anything quite like that.
The hair loss on the face kinda reminds me of sebaceous adentis, but the places on the back do not. Fingers crossed you find some answers.

Did your vet ever mention that doxycycline can cause vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea in some dogs?

I only asked because I was thinking that there was possibly a different antibiotic that could have been used. Vomiting for that amount of time, had to be very hard on her stomach, and lose all the good bacteria in it. Even shorter spans, and my vets have always prescribed a good probiotic.

This is what I’ve been using. It was recommended by my vet, and the veterinary college when I had Shine there.
Also if her stomach will tolerate it, I would try a little keifer in the mornings.
