I and my wife live for our Vizsla(s) and have since 1992. We have learned that the V is not for the average dog owner and that when a V comes aboard a new partnership is born. This works for us. We are "pack" with our V.
Our present 6 yr. old female is doing great, but we know needs the companionship of a younger V female to enhance her vitality in life. Her mentor (another V. female passed) a couple of years ago and she has adapted well, but pines for a new partner to run with. We are seeking a very well bred pup (probably with documented field and/or bench breeding background). 8 -9 weeks of age is ideal, but an older dog that has not been traumatized by careless ownership would work. A meet & greet would be required prior to commitment for the benefit of all parties. Therefore, location must be convenient to NC/FL area. $ is not a factor as we know the initial purchase price is but a small fraction of the ultimate $ investment. We have been long time members of various Vizsla clubs, but are not actively showing, hunting or trialing - just loving our "pack".
This introduction could go on forever, but my 1st words say it all. We live for our Vizsla(s).
