Today my puppy woke up screaming. She is only 5 weeks old. She did it again after she fell asleep. Is that okay? She repeated it 4 times.is she in pain or something?

She is way to young to be separated from her mother, and littermates. If she is screaming, it’s very possible that she could be in pain.

Sadly; it seems your pup didn't come from a reputable breeder. I say that because reputable breeders keep their pups until they are 8 weeks old. Because it doesn't seem that your breeder was reputable I question whether the pups were wormed. Nearly all puppies are born with worms and, if they haven't been properly wormed, 5 weeks is when the worms are large, causing pain and taking over. Get your pup to a vet, take a stool sample if you can, and get the vet's opinion. Good luck.
