It kind of looks like a Histocytoma to me.

6 y.o. Male bump on gums
Hi everyone, this showed up on my dogs gum Saturday evening. It has gotten smaller since, does not seem to cause him any discomfort. Anyone see this before? Already have a Vet appointment scheduled.
