He goes back to the vet on Thursday, for his next round of mange treatment.
That's awesome news.....we need more caring people like you in the world.

God bless and best of luck to Odi going forward!

What a difference in the pictures. Yeah, his skin is still terrible & his ribs still show. But his attitude is so different: in the 1st ones his head is down and he has a dejected & weary look. Now he looks interested. I'm happy for him.

I'm glad to hear Odi is doing better. Mine likes to snag the kitchen towels off the counter and parade them around, too! If he can't grab one in time, he looks for a shoe. Jax and I are sending well wishes to Odi and are watching his story unfold!

Glad to hear he’s doing Ok. He looks like a sturdy little guy; bit short in legs but very nice head. I’m sure he’ll be a fantastic companion, with personality blossoming as he feels better! :-)

Picture of Odi playing fetch with me.
He's looking like a new dog.

He's a doll with people.
Sadly he's not a fan of Shine. ☹️
She's a in your face kinda dog, that thinks every new dog should want to be her best friend.
So he will stay my foster, until the perfect home is found for him. He gets neutered, and chipped next week. That way he will be ready for his new family.

That's a shame but not a surprise, anyone that would let a dog get into that condition would not have been socialising the pup.

I admire your work with these dogs, it's great that they get such a good opportunity for a happy life.

We always hope they are dog friendly. It makes them so much easier to place. He's been good in every other way. No accidents in the house, good in his crate. Loves everyone he meets, and not scared at the vets office. Even thunderstorms don't bother him. No signs of food aggression around people.
With all he has been through, I guess we are lucky it's his only flaw.
