Breeder Recommendations (TX/AZ/NM/CO)

I've really enjoyed pouring over this form as part of our introduction to Vizsla life.

We are looking for reputable breeders for a companion vizsla that will be within a reasonable flight or drive from El Paso, TX so West Texas, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, or Chicago.

I searched through the forums and understand Mehagian is probably one of our best bets but wanted to see if there were any other recommendations.

Also, if there is anyone on here from the El Paso area, we'd love to hear from you!

You can contact Huntmore vizsla, or Regal Point vizsla. Both are breeder referral contacts for Texas. They try and keep a current list of approved breeders with litters.

Not all those who wander are lost.

Life is just a leap of faith.
Spread your arms and hold your breath and always trust your cape.

Two things define you. Your patience when you have nothing, and your attitude when you have everything.

We were very happy with Busch Vizsla in IL. Give them a call and/or email to see what litters they have plan. If not they can turn you onto to someone within their V community.

Go to a local dog show ( find out when and which ring for Vizslas, and go to each exhibitor and ask them if/when they will have puppies available.

It's sometimes easier to go to the place where they all are rather than take the time to first find then contact then hope for success.
